SCREWS Inc. Membership Giveaway Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

1. Eligibility:
This giveaway is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry and are legal residents of the United States. Employees, board members, and immediate family members of SCREWS Inc. are not eligible to participate.

2. Entry Period:
Entries will be accepted starting on March 11th 2025 and ending on April 10th 2025 at 12:01 am EST. SCREWS Inc. reserves the right to extend or modify the entry period at its discretion.

3. How to Enter:
Participants must register on our website here https://screwsinc.lend-engine.com/ between now and April 10th to be eligible to win. Only one entry per person is permitted. Entries containing false or misleading information will be disqualified.

4. Winner Selection and Notification:
The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries on April 12th 2025 and announced at the SouthSide DIY Festival . The winner must be present at the festival to claim their prize at the SCREWS table at 1:00 p.m. If the winner is not available an alternate winner will be chosen.

5. Prize:
One (1) winner will receive a free one-year membership to the SCREWS Tool Library. The membership fee will be waived, but the winner must comply with the following conditions:

  • Provide a valid credit or debit card on file before activation.
  • Be present at the SouthSide DIY Festival when announced
  • Agree to all SCREWS Tool Library policies.
  • Pay all applicable rental fees for power tools and tool sets, including any late fees if tools are not returned on time.
  • Failure to adhere to SCREWS policies may result in membership suspension or termination.

6. General Conditions:
SCREWS Inc. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway at any time without notice. SCREWS Inc. is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries. By entering, participants agree to allow SCREWS Inc. to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

7. Liability Release:
By entering, participants release and hold harmless SCREWS Inc. and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from participation in the giveaway or the acceptance and use of the prize.

8. Privacy Policy:
Personal information collected during the giveaway will only be used for the purpose of administering the giveaway and will not be shared with third parties.

9. Compliance with Laws:
This giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law.
